Finalysis has provided banking consultancy services to major corporate clients for some 10 ten years.

It was founded at University College Dublin's Innovation Centre by Patrick Shallow, B.Comm, M.Sc (Econ), a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers (SA) former executive of Bank of Ireland and of Standard Bank of South Africa.

Finalysis is staffed by accountants and former senior bankers and also operates joint ventures with leading auditing houses. Finalysis has completed studies for over 100 major corporate clients including publicly quoted, semi-State companies and public institutions.

  • Cash Pooling and Netting - local and foreign currencies.
  • Treasury and Borrowings - include the negotiation of facilities and interest rates.

Finalysis has grown rapidly in staff and turnover. Following recent research into the UK, US and South Africa, it is currently franchising its services into the UK and South Africa and is seeking a joint venture partner in the US.
